At DRAPON TryOn, we treat shopper privacy with absolute priority. User photos uploaded to our virtual fitting room are processed ephemeral in-memory to render garment try-ons via GPU servers and are automatically discarded immediately after rendering. We do not store, catalog, or build facial recognition databases.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our B2B AI Virtual Try-On software for retail fashion boutiques and online store clients:
- Boutique Merchant Account Details: Business name, owner name, contact email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and store city collected during onboarding.
- Ephemeral Fitting Photos: Shopper photos uploaded via web widget or in-store Smart Mirror kiosks for instant AI apparel fitting.
- Telemetry & Usage Data: Monthly try-on counts, kiosk response times, and API token usage required for SaaS quota billing.
2. How We Process Images
When a shopper uploads a photo or uses an in-store camera kiosk:
- The image is transmitted securely over TLS/HTTPS encryption to our GPU serverless processing engine (powered by Fal.ai).
- The image is aligned with the selected boutique garment catalog item in temporary memory.
- Once the final rendered photo is returned to the user's browser or Smart Mirror screen, the original input photo is deleted instantly.
3. Data Security & Storage
We employ enterprise-grade security practices to protect all store tenant data and software credentials:
- Store account and billing information is stored in encrypted Supabase database instances.
- All API communication is authenticated with tokenized, isolated store credentials.
- We never sell, rent, or trade merchant or shopper data to third-party advertisers.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure Services
DRAPON TryOn utilizes trusted infrastructure providers to deliver high-performance virtual try-on software:
- Fal.ai: High-speed GPU serverless infrastructure for AI image processing.
- Supabase: Encrypted backend database storage for store tenant analytics.
- Vercel & Next.js: Cloud web application hosting.
